Spanish Teacher
Opening Statement
City of Lakes Waldorf School seeks a half-time Middle School Spanish teacher for the 2026-27 school year.
Essential Job Duties
The teacher will be responsible for providing instruction to students in grades 6-8 in Spanish. We seek a teacher who has excellent organizational, interpersonal and classroom management skills and who is committed to educational equity and inclusion. Our Spanish position is considered 50% of full time with commensurate benefits.
Qualifications
A love of children and teaching, and a knowledge of (or interest in) Waldorf education, is required. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish or Education, at least two years of teaching experience, and demonstrates fluency in Spanish. We are seeking individuals who are committed to excellence in teaching, parent education and dialogue, self-development, and collegial cooperation.
