Opening Statement
The Waldorf School of Saratoga Springs is now accepting applications for an enthusiastic and experienced Spanish teacher to begin in September 2026, teaching approximately 10 class periods weekly in Grades 1 through 7. Classes are scheduled Wednesday through Friday.

The Waldorf School of Saratoga Springs is dedicated to providing students with a rich curriculum with a holistic approach. Classes are presented imaginatively and experientially. We have three campuses located in beautiful Saratoga Springs, New York, a walkable and bike- friendly Victorian resort town nestled in the foothills of the Adirondacks with a population of approximately 30,000. We are three hours from Boston, New York City, and Montreal. Our location offers four delightful seasons and proximity to both wilderness and major cities while providing a comfortable small-town feel. Saratoga Springs offers many world class cultural events, and is host to the New York City Ballet and the Philadelphia Orchestra during the summer. We have a thriving music and theater scene, with a plethora of restaurants, shops, outdoor activities and community events.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate has experience teaching Spanish to students in Grades 1-7 and training in, or a familiarity with, Waldorf Education. We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, caring individual with a strong work ethic, and an ability to work collaboratively with others.

—Experience in teaching beginner to advanced language classes
