Our Pedagogical Vision

Supporting our teachers is central to this work. We are actively re-envisioning how to support class teachers through schedules, collaboration time, mentoring, and other structural supports, recognizing both the demands of the role and the vital importance of collegial relationships.
Teachers at our school are supported through mentoring, strong peer collaboration, and a healthy, responsive administrative team.
