Foreign Language Teacher
Opening Statement
Our experiential curriculum gives you the freedom to spark the students’ imaginations while fostering the holistic development of our children’s capacities. Our Foreign Language curriculum introduces diverse cultures and people through singing, stories, projects, games, and speech, cultivating a positive attitude toward people of other languages, cultures, and countries and encouraging the development of human understanding.
We have routinely taught Spanish, French, and German; however, the goal is to expand children’s overall capacities for learning languages. If you are a foreign language teacher, we are open to having our students learn any language — Swahili, Italian, Mandarin, Cantonese, Russian, Arabic, Korean, American Sign Language, and beyond.
At The Waldorf School of St. Louis, we rethink what is possible in education.
