Highland Hall Waldorf School is seeking a First-Grade Class Teacher for 2026-2027.
About
Our beautiful 11-acre campus in Northridge, CA sits atop a grassy hill in a scenic neighborhood in the San Fernando Valley. Our children learn, and play surrounded by lush grounds and a variety of trees, with ample space for nature walks. We have a very large garden and an orchard where the children learn to cultivate fruits, vegetables, and other plants. Our campus also has a spacious grassy playing field and gymnasium where the children enjoy a variety of physical activities. Come join our collaborative faculty!
Qualifications
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree is required
· Waldorf Teacher training certificate is required (or near completion). Preference is given to those with prior teaching experience.

Employment Details
Salary and Benefits: The salary range is commensurate with experience ($55,000-$72,000). The comprehensive benefits package includes medical and dental insurance, a 403(b)-retirement plan, vision, life, and long-term disability insurance. Tuition remission is provided for full-time faculty children.
