Marin Waldorf School is seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dependable Early Childhood Summer Camp Teacher to co-teach our Preschool/Kindergarten Summer Camp for children ages 3–6 years.

Camp Overview
Our summer camp runs over three sessions, each lasting two weeks, and is designed to be joyful, creative, and nurturing for both children and teachers.
- Dates: June 15 – July 24
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–3:15pm
- Sessions: 3 sessions (2 weeks each)
- Ages: 3–6 years
Each session has a unique theme that inspires arts and crafts, songs, games, and imaginative play.
Essential Job Duties
Position Responsibilities
As a co-teacher, responsibilities are shared and include:
- Planning and leading age-appropriate circle time, songs, games, and crafts
- Preparing and serving daily snacks
- Supervising children in a loving, attentive, and respectful manner
- Supporting a calm, rhythmic daily flow
- Maintaining a clean, beautiful, and inviting classroom and outdoor environment
- Assisting with daily setup and cleanup of indoor and outdoor spaces
The day begins at 8:00am with classroom organization and preparation of snacks and activities, welcoming children at 8:30am.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Experience working with young children (ages 3–6)
- A caring, patient, and joyful approach to early childhood education
- Ability to collaborate closely with a co-teacher
- Interest in or familiarity with Waldorf education is a plus
- Dependable, organized, and able to take initiative
