Business Manager
Opening Statement
The Waldorf School of Saratoga Springs is looking for a thoughtful, organized Business Manager to join our community. This is more than a behind-the-scenes finance role. You’ll be a steady, trusted presence who helps our teachers, staff, and families focus on what matters most. You’ll manage the school’s accounting, payroll, budgeting, and business office operations, working closely with our Finance Committee, Board, and Collegium to keep everything running smoothly and transparently.
This is a chance to bring your financial expertise to a school community where your work directly supports students, teachers, and families. You’ll have ownership over the financial operations, a seat at the table in strategic decisions, and the trust of a team that values clarity, collaboration, and care.
