A Meeting Facilitation Workshop for Waldorf School Leaders and Board Members

October 14, 21, 28 (Weds) 4:00 – 6:00 pm PST or
April 9 – 10 (Fri-Sat) 4:00 – 6:00 pm; 8:30 am – 12:00 pm PST

In this 6-hour course, board members and school leaders will learn to prepare and lead vibrant and effective meetings with an emphasis on supporting participatory decision-making, and cultivating reflective practices towards continued improvement. Using foundational principles, participants will learn to develop balanced agendas, facilitate active engagement, and inspire teams to work harmoniously to achieve goals while building a sense of community, and shared purpose.

Course Fee: $350; $300 for additional participants from the same school

The art of preparing and leading healthy meetings is achieved through practices that foster sound decision-making and enhance the collective spirit of group work.
