Part-Time | Beginning September 2026
Marin Waldorf School is seeking a warm, dependable, and collaborative Early Childhood Aftercare Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year. Our Aftercare program extends the rhythm and care of the school day, offering children a warm and nurturing environment for rest, play, creativity, and connection. We are looking for someone who loves working with young children, enjoys being part of a collaborative school community, and can create a calm and engaging afternoon experience.
Training or experience in Waldorf education is preferred. Early Childhood Education (ECE) units are required, though candidates may be in the process of completing them.

Essential Job Duties
Responsibilities
- Prepare and lead age-appropriate activities and snack
- Provide attentive supervision and maintain a warm, safe environment
- Track attendance carefully and submit daily attendance records to the Front Office
- Reset and care for the Aftercare classroom(s) at the end of each day
- Communicate positively and effectively with families
- Share occasional program updates for school communications
- Collaborate with Early Childhood teachers and school colleagues
