🎓 About the WHiSTEP Program

The Waldorf High School Teacher Education Program (WHiSTEP) is a 25-month, low-residency certificate program for teachers who seek to deepen their understanding and application of the Waldorf approach to high school education.

Participants develop both practical skills and spiritual insight into adolescence, exploring how Waldorf pedagogy meets the evolving consciousness of today’s students.

  • Three summer residencies (two weeks each) in Wilton, NH
  • Hybrid format: online seminars throughout the year + in-person summer residencies
  • Integrated with “Starlight Rays in Darkened Times” – 12 online sessions for high school teachers
